Infrared catalytic combustion can enable the fuel to achieve complete combustion at a lower temperature. The infrared catalytic wavelength is 2.5-9 μ m, matching the best infrared wavelength absorption peak (3-4 μ m) of organic materials such as water, polyester, epoxy resin, ABS, etc., so the infrared energy is easily and evenly absorbed.
Product characteristics
High efficiency: infrared catalytic heating directly heats objects through infrared radiation, without heating the surrounding air. The energy utilization rate is high, and 80% - 90% of the infrared energy generated will be absorbed by the organic coating, which is 5-20% more efficient than ordinary infrared burners.
Energy saving: the combustion efficiency is more than 99%, and the gas consumption is small.
Safety: catalytic combustion belongs to low-temperature flameless combustion, with full combustion, no open flame and high safety
Fast heating speed: the infrared catalytic heating has strong penetration, can be directly absorbed by the object, and can heat the object evenly, quickly and with high quality.
Time saving: When catalytic combustion is used to dry objects, shorter drying passages and less heating power are required, which is only 1/3 of the length of the traditional hot air circulation convection heating drying passage, which can effectively improve efficiency and save time.
Environmental protection: no harmful gas is produced during combustion, only oxygen and water vapor are produced, which is very environmentally friendly.
